FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

JTL Capital, LLC announced today that it has acquired the former Eastern Star Home property in Arlington, Texas.

JTL has partnered with Hal Thorne of One Prime, LP to pursue the development of the 28.5 acre site, which is located adjacent to the new Dallas Cowboys stadium that is slated to open in 2009. The property, located near the intersection of Division and Collins, is also less than a mile from Ameriquest Field-home of the Texas Rangers-and the new Glorypark project being developed by Hicks Holdings and Steiner and Associates. The first phase of Glorypark, scheduled to open in 2008, will include 1,000,000 square feet of retail, 200,000 square feet of office and at least 300 residential units.

The site is also located just a few minutes from Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor and is just 15 to 20 minutes from Dallas or Fort Worth in either direction. D/FW International airport is also only 10 minutes away.
