Landmark Office Building in Stemmons Corridor Sold to Dallas' JTL Capital

Dallas-based JTL Capital announced today that it has closed on its acquisition of 1111 W. Mockingbird, a landmark office building located in the Stemmons Corridor of Dallas, Texas.

JTL Capital partnered with Lakewood, New Jersey-based Diversified Capital to purchase the 15 story, 267,248 square foot building, which was originally constructed in 1974.  The building is prominently located in between John Carpenter Freeway and Stemmons Freeway on Mockingbird Lane.  Major tenants include Regions Bank, ACS (Affiliated Computer Systems), Data Dallas, and Wells Fargo.
