Sold Bassett Center, a single-story, enclosed super-regional mall located along Interstate 10 in El Paso, Texas. The 795,201 square foot center is anchored by CostCo Wholesale, Mervyn's, Target Greatland, Office Depot, and Ross Dress For Less. JTL Capital originally purchased the mall in partnership with Lone Star Fund II L.P., a $1.2 billion real estate investment fund managed by Dallas-based Hudson Advisors.
